1. High precision Oilstone: the art and science of fine grinding by hand. It is made of ultra-fine microcrystalline alumina and silicon carbide substrate by nano-scale pore control technology. The oilstone structure is compact and uniform, and there is no impurity interference, which ensures that the grinding process is stable and controllable. Its revolutionary "dynamic self-sharpening" feature can continuously release sharp abrasive particles and form new cutting edges during grinding, completely avoiding the problem of surface scratch caused by the easy passivation of traditional oilstones. It is especially suitable for finishing the cutting edge of precision tools (such as turning tools and drills), mirror polishing of complex curved surfaces of molds (up to Ra≤0.1μm), and final manual ultra-precision grinding of key parts of medical instruments.
2. High-performance Grinding Wheel: customized efficiency revolution -Resin-reinforced grinding wheel: innovatively blended with flexible composite fiber mesh, the impact resistance is improved by more than 40%, which is perfectly suitable for high-speed grinding environment and is widely used in precision grinding of high-strength components such as automobile crankshafts and gearbox gears. -Ceramic bonded grinding wheel: Nano-ceramic bonding technology is used to greatly improve the holding power of abrasive particles, and the service life is three times longer than that of traditional products, especially good at high-precision molding grinding of aerospace titanium alloy and superalloy blades. -Diamond /CBN superhard grinding wheel: It adopts the exclusive "gradient slow release" technology to ensure the uniform sharpness of the abrasive layer in the life cycle, and becomes the first choice for finishing superhard materials such as cemented carbide tools, ceramic bearing rings and semiconductor packaging molds.
3. Green Silicon Carbide: an expert in fine grinding of hard and brittle materials. The purity is over 99.3%, the crystal edges and corners are sharp as blades, and the hardness is almost equal to that of diamond (Mohs 9.2). Its excellent thermal conductivity can quickly dissipate grinding heat, and fundamentally reduce the risk of edge collapse and microcrack in the processing of hard and brittle materials such as glass, ceramics and monocrystalline silicon.
